USA Shipping Policy

By placing an order with keikoclothing, you agree to the following terms applicable to U.S. orders.

A. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is processed.

B. Transit & Handling Times

  • Transit: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (New York time).
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

C. Carriers

Shipments are delivered via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

D. Address Changes

Notify us within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@keikoclothing.com. No address modifications are possible once the order is in transit.

E. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. For already dispatched orders, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Damaged Parcels

Reject damaged parcels upon delivery, or contact us immediately with photos/proof of damage.

G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (delays may occur).
  • Transit: 1–5 business days (varies by location).
  • Tracking: Details are sent via email once the order is dispatched.
  • Inquiries: Contact us for updates or issues.

H. International Orders

This policy applies exclusively to U.S. orders. International orders may incur additional duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
