- Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (New York).
- Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
C. Carriers
Shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
D. Address Changes
Notify us within 24 hours of ordering at support@keikoclothing.com. No changes once in transit.
E. Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch. For dispatched orders, refer to our refund policy.
F. Damaged Parcels
Reject damaged parcels upon delivery or contact us immediately with photos/proof.
G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping
-Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays).
- Transit: 1–5 business days (varies by location).
