Order Placement Agreement & Return Policy

By placing an order with keikoclothing, you agree to the following terms applicable to the U.S. region.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Manufacturer-direct items are final sale and not eligible for return.

B. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@keikoclothing.com or +13205946743. We will issue a shipping label and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Promptly report any defects, damages, or incorrect items for evaluation and resolution.

D. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Contact our team via the above email or phone number to request an exchange.

E. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees will be charged for returns.

F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.

G. Unused Discounts

Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded or adjusted retroactively. Please ensure all promotions are used at the time of purchase.
