By ordering from keikoclothing, you agree to the following terms for the U.S. region.
A. 14-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Manufacturer-direct items are final sale
and ineligible for return.
B. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@keikoclothing.com or +1 (281) 748-3750 to request a return. We will provide a shipping label and instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
C. Damaged/Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items promptly for evaluation and resolution.
D. Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Contact our team at the above email/phone to request an exchange.
E. Restocking Fee
No restocking fees apply to returns.
F. Refunds
We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow time for your bank/credit card company to complete the transaction.
G. No Refunds for Unused Discounts
Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded or retroactively adjusted. Ensure all promotions are used during purchase.
